The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transportation options. the staff is extremely polite and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist guests. the breakfast is enjoyable, especially the freshly prepared coffee and tea. the welcoming atmosphere in the lobby, along with the offer of complimentary beverages, adds a nice touch to the stay.

The hotel can be noisy due to its location near bars, which can be uncomfortable for light sleepers. There have been some concerns about credit card security, so it is recommended to be cautious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location is unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of the city, it is in the center of Taksim square and surrounded by a bustling shopping district. You can explore the vibrant Istiklal avenue just steps away from the hotel. Moreover, the hotel provides rooms with balconies and amazing views of the city, allowing you to truly experience Istanbul's beauty. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were outstanding. They were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as having basic amenities and a delicious breakfast available.

We stayed at a hotel located in the heart of the city, just a few steps from Taksim square and the train station, which made it easy to get around. The area around the hotel had plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from, and everything we needed was nearby. We enjoyed the convenience of the location and how easy it was to move around the city. The room was nice and clean, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities.

We found the housekeeping to be somewhat lacking, and we noticed some areas were not cleaned properly.
